City of Hartford, CT

Dunkin’ Donuts Park

PSFC aided the City of Hartford, CT, on the embattled AA baseball stadium for the Hartford Yard Goats. Services included peer review, job site observations, scope negation and expert witness. Trial concluded in July, 2019, in favor of the City.

Since May of 1988, Jim Pieper has been creating sports architecture all over the world. From stadiums in Qatar, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and across the United States, Jim has been honored to be a part of the some of the best sports projects in the world.

 

Tec de Monterrey

Master Plan and Football Stadium

Working with Beck Architecture, PSFC assisted with the planning and implementation of a 10,000 seat football stadium and adjacent playing fields.

Monmouth University

Athletic Facilities Study

PSFC is providing planning expertise to aid the Athletic Department in reviewing its current facility placement and provide considerations for future facilities and expansion of current ones. Monmouth University is a Division 1 school located in West Long Branch, NJ.

 

Lekhwiya Stadium Complex

Lekhwiya Soccer Stadium

PSFC is providing programming and sports expertise to Perkins Eastman on the new Lekhwiya 60,000 SF, 10,000 seat, soccer stadium located in Doha, Qatar. The Complex will also include an arena, fitness center, hotel, mosque and related amenities.

 

Auburn University

Jordan-Hare Stadium Master Plan

PSFC to provide expertise to aid in the future vision of the Auburn University’s Jordan-Hare Football Stadium. Working with local architect, Infinity Architecture, PSFC and Infinity Architecture will review all areas of the stadium. Primary elements are to improve the concourse circulation and amenities as well as potential revenue streams.

 

University of Tennessee

Neyland Stadium Renovation: Phase 1c

The University of Tennessee’s Neyland Stadium Phase 1c will focus on the addition of a new West Club and Terraced Club with revised seating deck to create more price points in the stadium. The project will also include the renovation of Concourse 2 in the West Grandstand , exterior façade, and concessions and toilets on Concourses Two and Three, renovations of the two Suites levels, complete renovation of the Press Level, and a new 450 seat west side club. Also included is the future phase of completing a Terraced Club seating area with enclosed amenities. The project continues the work outlined in the master plan for the 104,000 seat stadium.  PSFC serving as sports consultant to McCarty, Holsaple, McCarty, Architects, will aid in the programming and design layout of the concourses, as well as, updating the Master Plan.
